Their Whole Story. One Record. No More Digging.

Profiles, goals, care plans, guardians, plan managers and every signed document, kept on the participant instead of in someone's inbox. Your team finds it on the web or in the app, and you decide who sees what.

The Short Version

One record, not five folders.

NDIS number, plan dates, goals, health details, contacts and documents, all on the one profile.

The whole circle, linked in.

Guardians, plan managers and support coordinators on the record. Guardians log in and see their own person only.

Paperwork signed without the chase.

Service agreements and consents go out from your templates, get signed from an emailed link and land back on the record.

What's Actually in It

1. One Record for Everything About Them

Open a participant and it's all there: their NDIS number and plan dates, who to ring in an emergency, what they're funded for, and twenty sections on how to support them well, from diagnoses and medications to triggers, likes and dislikes. Type 'goals' and only the goal sections are left.

  • Plan start and end dates, referral source, first day of support, team and status: active, waitlist or archived
  • As many emergency contacts as they need, each with relation, phone, address and email
  • The support items their shifts are billed as, each marked NDIS, plan or self managed
  • Companion Card, Medicare, pension and parking permits ticked off, so nobody has to ask twice
  • Birthdays and NDIS plan end dates turn up in your dashboard highlights before they arrive
  • Support workers get the key sections, from diagnoses and medications to triggers, plus goals, care plan and documents, in the Orangised app

2. Goals and Plans Your Team Can Actually Follow

Write the goals down once, then turn them into a care plan: the goal, how it gets done, who's doing it and by when. Update their goals, health or support details and the old version doesn't vanish. Each change saves a numbered version with who made it and a PDF of it.

  • NDIS goals and personal goals in their own sections of the record
  • Care plans with a row per goal: how, by who and by when, ready to print
  • Support plan versions: each change to goals, health and support details kept, with who made it, when and a PDF
  • A restrictive practices checklist on every participant, with authorisation details
  • Their own schedule on the record, plus the care notes and health logs from their shifts

3. The Whole Circle, Linked In

Guardians, plan managers and support coordinators live on the participant's record, not in a separate address book. Guardians get their own login and only ever see their own person.

  • Guardians and advocates

Their own login: schedule, details, documents and shift photos for their person, nobody else.

  • Care notes, your call

Per guardian, choose every care note or only the ones you share with them.

  • Plan managers

Pick from your list, and send invoices to the plan manager, the participant or a guardian.

  • Client groups

With client groups on, support workers only open participants in their groups, and individual and group shifts only take workers from the group.

4. Paperwork Signed and Filed Where It Belongs

Upload a document with an expiry date and who's allowed to see it, and Orangised tells you before it lapses. Service agreements and consents go out from your own templates, get signed from an emailed link, and the signed copy lands back on the record with its history.

  • Admins get a reminder about two weeks out, a week out and on the day a document expires
  • You pick, per document, whether support workers and guardians can see it
  • Version history on every uploaded and signed document: what changed, who did it and when
  • The participant or their advocate signs from an emailed link, or a guardian signs in the app
  • Add the participant's active budget to an agreement as its own page
  • Data collection forms from the Form Builder, filled in from a link with no login

The Honest Answers

What it does, what it doesn't, and no fine print.

No. There's no link to the NDIA's systems. You type the plan dates and supports in once and upload the plan as a document. From then on rosters and invoices work off the record, and the plan end date turns up in your dashboard highlights before it arrives.
