Ditch the Group Chat. Keep Everyone in the Loop.

Chat with your team on the web and in the app, and pull the family into the thread when it matters. Tell the whole team at once on the Social Hub. Then ask families how you're really going with a survey they answer from a QR code, no login.

The Short Version

The whole circle, one thread.

Set up a group with the workers, the practitioner and the family. Everyone's in it from the Orangised app.

Families answer from a QR code.

Stick the poster on the fridge. They scan it, answer on their phone with no login, and it lands in Orangised.

Say it once. Everyone hears it.

Post on the Social Hub and your team gets a push and an in-app notification. No more "did you see my text?"

What's Actually in It

1. Team Chat, With the Family in the Room

One-on-one and group chats on the dashboard and in the Orangised app. Build a group around a participant, add the workers, the practitioner and mum, and nobody's left out of the loop or stuck forwarding screenshots.

  • Photos, files and voice notes, right in the thread
  • A push to their phone the moment a message lands, and an unread count on every chat
  • Staff message the office and each other; families, participants and practitioners message the office, or the team in a group you add them to
  • Find any chat by name, and filter to the unread ones on the dashboard
  • Archive a group when it's done: it goes read only and the history stays put

2. Surveys Families Actually Answer

Build the questions in the form builder, start a campaign, and share it as a link or a QR code. Families, participants and coordinators answer on their own phone with no login, and every response lands in Orangised.

  • Multiple choice for ratings or yes or no, drop-downs, multi-select, free text, dates and even signatures
  • Print a poster with the QR code on it for the house fridge or the shift folder
  • Set an expiry date, or close it when you're done, and the link stops taking answers
  • Responses, link opens and completion rate, then every response in full, exported to CSV or printed
  • Ask us to switch on the optional AI summary and it reads the answers for you: the big picture, key insights, common themes and next steps, sitting above the responses so you can check it

3. The Social Hub: Say It Once, the Whole Team Hears It

Your own internal feed, minus the group chat drama. Post a reminder, a win or a heads-up, and your team gets a push and an in-app notification. They heart it and comment from the app.

  • Admins post from the dashboard, staff post from the app
  • Up to five photos or files on a post
  • Hearts and comments, and who hearted it, right on the dashboard
  • Admins can take down any post or comment

4. Feedback That Gets Dealt With. Outings Worth Going On.

Families and staff raise feedback and complaints from the app, and you work each one through to an outcome on the record. Your team keeps a shared map of outing ideas too.

  • From the family

Guardians raise feedback or a complaint about their participant from the app or the family portal, photos attached.

  • From the team

Workers raise it from the app: what happened, when it started and the outcome they want.

  • Worked to an outcome

Record what was done and the follow-up, sign it off as resolved, and export the lot to CSV.

  • Outing ideas on a map

Free or paid, prices, photos and directions in the app, with a risk assessment kept against the spot on the dashboard.

The Honest Answers

What it does, what it doesn't, and no fine print.

Yes, from the Chat tab in the Orangised app. They can message your office directly, and talk with the workers and practitioners in any group you add them to. They can't start a one-on-one chat with a worker on their own: they message your office, or talk in a group you set up.
